The hotel staff was unbelievably ignorant about their property and its surroundings. So, not only was it worn out it also showed how uncaring the hotel staff was about it as well. The bedding had cigarette burn through marks. The roaches running across aren't a good sign either.

Cotija’s eventually grew and now has over thirty locations in San Diego. Until he saved enough money to open his first restaurant in 1974 in Point Loma.
